[Special order] We created a commemorative item for the 30th anniversary of the sister city agreement between Kurume City and Modesto City.

Kurume City, Fukuoka Prefecture and Modesto City, California, USA are celebrating the 30th anniversary of their sister city relationship.
As a commemoration of this 30th anniversary, we have created a Kurume Kasuri tapestry.

The award was presented by the Mayor of Kurume to the Mayor of Modesto at a commemorative ceremony on May 23 , 2024 .

With the theme of "A circle of friendship connecting to the future," the patchwork of Kurume kasuri expresses the sun, mountains, greenery, flowers and rivers of Kurume, and we believe it has become a commemorative item that allows you to feel the essence of Kurume.

The customer was pleased, saying, "It's a wonderful keepsake that represents both the past and the future."
