If there is a defect in this product, as long as you contact us within 7 days after the arrival of this product.
We accept returns or exchanges.
However, we may not be able to accept returns or exchanges in the following cases.
・Items that have been used once, items that have been repaired, washed, or cleaned
・Items with missing accessories, demerit tags, or sales product tags
・If we cannot determine the defect after checking the returned item.
・Products with strong odors such as perfume or cigarettes ・Products that have been purchased for more than 30 days
・Products purchased at stores or other EC sites (In this case, please contact the store or EC shop where you purchased.)
Regarding the shipping fee, if the product is defective, we will bear it, and if the product is returned or exchanged due to the customer's convenience, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee.
We will refund the product price, excluding shipping and handling charges.
We will bear the transfer fee.
After confirming the arrival of the returned product, we will transfer the money to the designated account within 3 business days.
