[Staff Column] How Kurume Kasuri bags are made

Now that we're feeling autumn, it's almost time to start missing Kasuri.
Today, I will briefly talk about the process of making accessory bags.

First, we consider the planning and design, select the fabric, and place the order.

The process of creating a pattern and applying it to the fabric width for a puzzle

The process of calculating the length and running thin or thick interlining through a hot machine to create a 38 cm wide Kasuri.

The process of cutting the kasuri with the core pasted on it

The process of cutting and sorting various parts using a pattern marking cutting machine, arranging the parts and accessories, and shipping them to a part-time worker to make the parts.

The process of assembling and sewing parts received from home workers

After inspection and shipping, the products are displayed at each store.

This is how things are made.

By the way, I am doing the finishing sewing. We work hard to make our customers happy with our quality products.

When you see our products, we would appreciate it if you could at least understand that they are finished by the hands of people who handle various processes.
